 I am by NO means a professional, but I'm super motivated and REALISTIC. Mom of 2 boys over here!
I want everyone to experience the adrenaline, highs, successes, butterflies, and accomplishments that come when you exercise your body! It comes with patience, time, and commitment, but I promise, it is worth everything.
I'm currently studying Exercise Science and all things sports medicine, but my main goal is to coach volleyball! I aspire to coach crossfit one day, but that will be far into the future as I have a long journey to go myself!


Exercise and eating right are just the start to a healthy lifestyle! I'm a huge believer in maintaining mental, social, and emotional health.
I LOVE to play volleyball, but I also enjoy any kind of sport that's competitive.
I have never been much of a reader, but I've set a goal to read 1 book every 3 months.
I've downloaded an app called DuoLingo and I started learning Español on the side as well as studying anatomy.
On top of all this, I'm just the stay at home mom of 2 adorable boys.
